No. PerfectGym keeps managing your club — memberships, access, classes, payments. GymGlitch handles the part PerfectGym was never designed for: making sure every enquiry gets answered in seconds, followed up properly, and booked in.
Is the PerfectGym integration live today?
Yes — it's one of our longest-standing integrations. The Energie Fitness clubs in our case studies ran PerfectGym when they started with GymGlitch.
What happens if we ever switch CRM?
Your sales process survives the move. When the Energie clubs later migrated from PerfectGym to Glofox, GymGlitch carried on — same automations, same follow-up, new CRM underneath. Because GymGlitch sits on top of your CRM rather than inside it, changing systems doesn't mean rebuilding your sales process.
How long does setup take for a PerfectGym club?
