My story

Why I built GymGlitch

  1. A few years ago

    I'd pay for ads. Leads would come in. Then... nothing.

    By the time I followed up, they'd already joined PureGym down the road.

    I tried everything. Better CRMs. Hiring sales staff. Chasing leads manually between running the business. Nothing worked consistently.

    The big chains had entire teams and marketing budgets I couldn't compete with. And every software solution I found was either too expensive, too complicated, or built by people who had never run a gym.

  2. My own gym first

    So I built GymGlitch.

    It started as a simple automation for my own gym: something to respond to leads instantly, nurture them with AI, and actually convert them into members while my team was coaching on the gym floor.

    It worked. Really well. My team stopped wasting hours chasing leads manually, and we started converting more without me needing to hire more staff.

    Because I'm not a tech founder who read about fitness.

    These days GymGlitch runs inside UK clubs and groups far bigger than mine. The leak I fixed at one gym turns out to scale.
