No. £297/month (or £497 full service) is a flat price per club, whatever your member count, with unlimited contacts on every plan. A multi-club group pays per site.

Yes! You can upgrade from Software Only to Full Service at any time. Downgrading is also possible with 30 days notice. No penalties, no hassle.

No contracts. You can cancel anytime with 30 days notice. We believe in earning your business every month, not locking you into long-term commitments.

We handle everything. After you book a demo and sign up, we'll integrate your CRM, import your contacts, set up your automation workflows, and train your team. Most clubs are fully operational within 7 to 14 days. Hassan runs your onboarding personally.

We don't offer free trials, but we do offer a detailed demo where we'll show you the platform with your actual CRM data (if you're comfortable sharing). This way you can see exactly how it will work for your club before committing.

Full Service clients get monthly strategy calls included. Software Only clients have access to email support and our help center. Both plans include onboarding support and technical assistance.

We manage your Meta and Google Ads campaigns end-to-end: strategy, creative, targeting, optimization, and reporting. You'll have monthly calls to review performance and adjust strategy. We use advanced conversion tracking that trains the algorithms on actual sign-ups, not just leads.
